Jack has been an executive coach since 2005. Throughout his career he has established a reputation as a trusted advisor to executives. Jack’s clients value his ability to listen actively and combine his insights to engage fully and provide objective, candid feedback and support in achieving their desired outcomes. His passion is fuelled by continuous learning and guiding others committed to and nourished by personal growth and development.

He has worked with leaders in a variety of capacities including COO, CFO, SVP and General Manager in a range of sectors including financial services, investment banking, natural resources, energy, entertainment, healthcare and professional services. Jack acts as a catalyst as individuals discover their true potential and recognize a higher level of resourcefulness, resiliency and leadership presence.

Jack ‘s earlier career in executive search provides a solid foundation in understanding the demands on leaders in navigating through the complexities of ever-changing organizations. In 1980 he co-founded Baker Harris and Partners, a highly respected executive search firm which subsequently became part of an international consulting firm –A. T. Kearney and ultimately Optimum Talent.

Jack was honoured to serve on the Board of Directors of the United Way of Greater Toronto and was a member of the Institute of Management Consultants of Ontario.

Jack has an MBA and an undergraduate degree in psychology from McMaster university. He is a graduate of coaches training institute (CTI) and also of The Living in Presence coaching program. He is certified to administer the EQi (Emotional Quotient Inventory).
