Jean-Jacques has been a Coach and Coaching Practice Leader for over a decade. He was the Coaching Practice Leader at CDC Coaching before joining Groupe Pauzé as an Associate Coach in 2010. He is an efficient communicator, well known for his active listening and proficiency in obtaining consensus.

Jean-Jacques came to coaching after a long career beginning in labour relations and moving into various executive positions. From 1993 to 1996, Jean-Jacques was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Air Canada. In this role, he guided an extraordinary expansion of Air Canada into the United States and Asia. He also contributed to the founding of Star Alliance, the most important airline group in the world today. Jean-Jacques also directed the Aviation Training and Development Institute of International Air Transport Association (IATA). This collective experience enables him to have a deep understanding of the needs and motivations of employees at all levels.

A graduate of HEC Montreal, Jean-Jacques remains active in the airline sector and sits on a number of Boards of Directors.
